Depression fucking sucks. So does anxiety. Seriously like today my sister tripped over a stool and knocked it down the stairs and instead of thinking it was something harmless like the stool, I flipped my shit and thought my sister had fallen down the stairs. I find myself having panic attacks over fucking everything and nothing. And right now, I just got a bunch of dishes washed, got my counters cleaned off, and reloaded the dishwasher but instead of feeling happy and accomplished, I find myself feeling grumps because my sister wants to go home.
